Mark Pelletier: Founder, President, and Chairman

Mark Pelletier is a US Marine Corps veteran with a service-connected disabled status whose experience has instilled in him his strong desire to be a motivated, hands-on leader and dedicated mentor. He founded Anar Solar (Landfill Solar’s parent company) in 2012 after a successful 30 year career in construction and general contracting supporting the design and installation of large solar projects managed by market-leading solar development companies. This experience inspired him to find easier, simpler ways to install solar racking systems that meet his demanding criteria for both user and eco-friendliness. His extensive background has positioned him to be a strong entrepreneur and industry leader able to sell his vision for the business.

Scott Cavanagh: Vice President, Marketing Operations / COO

Scott Cavanagh earned his MBA degree in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and also holds a BS degree in Music Production and Engineering from Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music. Scott has over 25 years of experience in new product development and strategic marketing. He has worked in the software industry, launched a line of high-throughput optical optical RAID servers, and has established successful international distribution channels. Scott also specializes in operations and project management, and is a member of PMI (The Project Management Institute) and holds a Green Belt in “Six Sigma” lean process methodology.

Jim Mandry: Vice President, Engineering

Jim Mandry

Jim Mandry holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from MIT. He has over 30 years of experience developing and designing leading-edge products and systems in the industrial electronics and consumer space. He excels at systems engineering and simplifying what would normally be complex tasks and issues. Jim has solid engineering and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and successful supervisory, co-worker, customer, and supplier relationships. He has the ability to work at a high level yet also ensure the smallest details at the lowest levels of the design are correct as well. Jim is named on over 20 patents and continues to generate unique patentable ideas today. He has significant business savvy and was the co-founder of five companies; one of which was sold for $21 million.
